That is why we have developed a data management model focused on responding to specific requests from you via our Ask a Question or Book a Demo buttons or info@anytimecreativity.com and do not use any data to remarket or to share with a third-party. We only collect the name/pen name (not email address) of the players that you, as host, have invited to participate in the Innovation Challenges as well as the playful, fun innovative ideas that each team submits. This information will be made available to you in PDF form on completion and will then be automatically deleted in their entirety from our records. We do not collect any data from visitors to our website or online advertisements. We do not use cookies in any way, shape or form.

Data Controller

This privacy notice explains how we, Anytime Creativity of 47 Clonturk Park, Drumcondra, Dublin 9 will respect the privacy of all users of its site and services and shall ensure the personal information (which is only name/pen name of participants) you provide is treated with utmost confidentially. Anytime Creativity will act as the data controller in the framework of this Privacy Policy. Whenever important changes are made to this Privacy Policy, we will inform you.

What data do we collect?

Anytime Creativity collects only the name (or pen name) of the participants/players that you as host invite and the ideas that each team submits for the challenge they are taking. So, it's just the name/pen name of participants you invite and their ideas. We do not collect any data from visitors to our website or online advertisements. We do not use cookies in any way, shape or form and will NOT remarket to you.

How do we collect your data?

When one of your teams submits an idea that addresses the game or challenge that you are hosting, they are asked to submit the names of each player on their team. All the ideas submitted are aggregated on a table. The reason for this is to allow other teams to see who submitted which idea and so add supportive connection to the occasion. It also allows you as host to identify the players who won the most votes for their idea and so recognize them and potentially reward them with a spot prize. Participant's do not submit any details when they are voting.

How will we use your data?

Anytime Creativity will NOT use your data in any way, shape or form to remarket our services. We will never transfer data to a third-party.

How do we store your data?

Anytime Creativity securely and temporarily stores your data at Amazon Web Services (AWS).

What are your data protection rights?

Anytime Creativity would like to make sure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access - You have the right to request Anytime Creativity for copies of your personal data.
The right to rectification - You have the right to request that Anytime Creativity correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Anytime Creativity to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
