Fergal Brophy

Fergal is an Entrepreneurial Specialist at the Innovation Academy, University College Dublin where he facilitates undergrad, postgrad & postdoc programmes aimed at fostering an innovation mindset and skillset. He is programme manager & adjunct lecturer for Public Sector Innovation at the Institute of Public Administration. He has his own consultancy practice at fergalbrophy.com where his clients include PayPal, LinkedIn, EIT Health, Roche, Bayer, PwC, World Rugby, Vodafone, Colgate-Palmolive, Irish Police Force (An Garda Siochana), Environmental Protection Agency and the Competition & Consumer Protection Commission. He facilitates innovation on Go Global 4 Growth, a Government-sponsored management development programme for high potential SMEs.

Jack Brophy

Jack graduated from Dublin City University in 2020 with a first class honours degree in Marketing Innovation and New Technologies (MInT). During his time at DCU he co-founded & Chaired the Marketing & Innovation Society (Mi Soc), DCU's second-largest society. From 2019-2021 he was responsible for developing the customer success function at Offr, a well-funded Irish proptech startup. He then moved to London to join Workday as Senior Associate Corporate Sales Development before moving to Sydney in 2023 to join the sales team at Carma, Australia's leading online car sales & car finance portal. He returned home to Dublin in 2024 to launch his family business, Anytime Creativity.
